Work / concepts + client proof

Concepts now. Client proof as it is approved.

LeadStorm separates demonstrations of design thinking from evidence earned through real engagements. The concept portfolio is available now; client outcomes will be published only when the work, measurement, and permissions support them.

Two different kinds of proof

See exactly what each body of work represents.

A polished demonstration can show judgment and craft. It cannot stand in for a real client relationship or a measured business result.

Evidence comes after the engagement.

LeadStorm is building its first public client stories. A future case study must identify the actual challenge, agreed scope, available evidence, limitations, and what the client has approved for release.

How the program works

Founding-client program

Do useful work. Document it carefully.

Founding engagements receive close strategic attention and help refine the LeadStorm process. When the work produces a useful, supportable story, LeadStorm may ask for approval to document the challenge, scope, decisions, and observed outcomes. Participation in an engagement never creates an obligation to approve a public case study.

  • A defined commercial goal
  • An agreed scope and measurement plan
  • Direct founder involvement
  • No invented results or inflated claims

How selection works

Fit comes before a case study.

The project must make sense as a real engagement on its own. Public documentation is considered only after the scope, access, approvals, and available evidence are understood.

01

Review the fit

LeadStorm reviews the business goal, starting point, required services, content readiness, access, and constraints.

02

Define the work

Both sides agree on scope, responsibilities, measurement, and what is not included before implementation begins.

03

Ask before publishing

No client identity, testimonial, private information, or result is published without appropriate approval.
